In 2024, Bissell underwent a brand refresh that would affect all of its collateral, both print and digital. All year long our team, alongside some agencies, were in charge of transitioning over current collateral to the new look and feel. One of those pieces of collateral was our digital ads. Initially done by an agency, this project was transitioned over to our in-house creative team. I, alongside two other designers Brea and Cody, developed guidelines for color usage, typography, design elements, patterns, illustration, and an overall system of when to use what.
Under guidance of our Design Manager, we were able to get the guidelines and assets out to our global teams within the shortened timeline, and in time for the digital launch of the new brand.
